01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Kite Surf Safari Dakhla and booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who utilize our sports coaching, gear rentals, or accommodation services.
02. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a spot for Kitesurf or Wingfoil camps, a deposit or full payment may be required. Confirmation of booking will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
03. Safety & Liability
Kitesurfing and Wingfoiling are high-performance water sports that involve inherent risks.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our professional coaches. Kite Surf Safari Dakhla is not liable for injuries resulting from a failure to follow safety protocols or for personal gear damage during activities.
04. Equipment Rental
Clients renting professional gear are responsible for its safe return. In case of significant damage caused by negligence or loss of equipment, the client will be charged for the repair or replacement value.
05. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled start date of the service (refer to our Refund Policy for specific details).
06. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, text, and images on this website, is the property of Kite Surf Safari Dakhla and is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
