01. Booking Commitment

To confirm any Kitesurf, Wingfoil, or Safari experience at Kite Surf Safari Dakhla, a mandatory 20% deposit of the total service value is required. This deposit allows us to block equipment and assign certified coaches to your session.

02. Cancellation & Refund Tiers

Refunds are calculated based on the date of written cancellation (via Email or WhatsApp) relative to your scheduled arrival:

30+ Days Before

You are entitled to a 20% refund of the paid deposit. The remaining 80% is retained as an administrative and processing fee.

15 - 29 Days Before

You are entitled to a 10% refund of the paid deposit. The remaining 90% is retained to cover booking loss and logistics.

Less than 10 Days

Strictly No Refund. Cancellations within this window result in the full forfeiture of the deposit.

03. Weather & Safety Conditions

Dakhla is famous for wind, but nature can be unpredictable. If Kite Surf Safari Dakhla cancels a session due to unsafe conditions (No wind or Extreme storm):

We will first attempt to reschedule your session during your stay.
If rescheduling is impossible, we provide a Credit Voucher valid for 12 months.
Cash refunds for weather-related cancellations exclude the initial 20% deposit.

04. No-Show & Late Arrivals

If a participant fails to arrive at the scheduled time without 24-hour notice, the session is considered "Completed." No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.

05. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 to 14 business days. Note that transaction fees incurred by payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final amount.

Note: By completing your deposit payment, you automatically acknowledge and accept the terms of this Refund Policy.
